Success on Etsy, is it out of reach?

Today I went to my local Hobby Lobby today and I got some fabric and some fleece. I,ve never used a sewing machine before but I read the owners manual of my new machine, and I think I can figure out how to wind the bobbin and thread the machine. I got fabric and fleece because i really want to make a project like this:






Do you think this would be too difficult for a begginer to tackle? thanks so much for your advice! Talk to you tomorrow!
